Succombs Place is located in Warlingham, Surrey, CR6 9JQ:

Travel - half an hour by rail from London Bridge and Victoria stations, within 8 minutes drive of the M25 (but shielded from the noise by the southern edge of the North Downs), within an hour or less of the main London airports (Gatwick and Heathrow) an hour from Eurotunnel and only slightly over an hour the ferries at Dover.

Countryside - we are about 200 metres from the boundary of the green belt. As can be seen from the photographs, the estate consists of 5 acres of a rolling mature cultivated garden well maintained by professional gardeners. That is in normal times. Over the pandemic some of the flatowners have done some outstanding work.

Aircraft noise - with the exception of the private helicopter of the owner of Harrods and the occasional Spitfire and Lancaster during the Biggin Hill Airshow, no aircraft fly over the area. Despite the proximity to Gatwick airport and Redhill aerodrome, we are not under their flight paths. You would have to have very acute hearing to hear the gliders flying from Kenley Aerodrome.
